Genome-wide method for measuring CpG methylation in the human genome
We recently published a genome-wide method for measuring CpG methylation in the human genome in a study with Dr. Julie Baker at Stanford University (see citation below). The data files for work described in this paper can be obtained from the Genome Research web site as well as NCBI's Short Read Archive (SRA008154) and GEO (GSE14966). These data files and protocols can also be found on this web site under "Protocols and Data".
